Hey, I'm Jason.
I coach leaders and teams, help small businesses build marketing they own, and co-host a podcast about strange claims. It looks like three different jobs. The common thread is capacity: what a person can carry, and who helps carry it.

The Berean Files
The Berean Files
A podcast Jason co-hosts with Zack Killey. It tests conspiracy theories, cryptids, UFOs, and end-times claims against Scripture.
What connects the work
Leaders hit a ceiling that has little to do with talent. There are too many hats and too few people who can actually take one off. The owner doing their own marketing at 10 p.m. is there. So is the manager whose team waits to be told what to do.
I call it capacity. What I keep finding, in coaching and in marketing and in my own life, is that capacity grows when responsibility is shared on purpose, with the right people and the right systems around it.
The Berean Files is the odd one out, and I like that. It's two friends looking at strange claims with their Bibles open. Looking into a claim is not the same as endorsing it.
